Alliance for Nonprofit Resources, (ANR) is currently seeking an Audit Specialist to join our team! This person will be responsible for evaluating programs using standard audit tools, effectively communicate evaluation results to Directors/Managers, complete billing/fiscal duties such as reconciliations, payment submissions and departmental support for internal and external client audits and monitoring. The Audit Specialist must function independently and provide an objective analysis in regard to all reviews and evaluations.
Daylight, Monday-Friday
40 hours/week
This position can be hybrid (ability to work remotely up to 70% of the time) once successfully trained. Great for work/life balance!
Some travel required. Travel mileage reimbursement is available at the state set rate. Company vehicles are available, if needed
Salary Rage is $45,000-$55,000 - depending on experience and educational background
Responsibilities:
Perform program-specific reviews and audits.
Help to develop tracking tools and monitoring documents for programs.
Communicate results of reviews with management.
Attend Quality Improvement & Compliance Meetings.
Maintain schedules of compliance-related due dates.
Complete licensing and credentialing program applications and revalidating tracking (Medical Assistance (MA)).
Assist in reconciliation of claims and ensure monthly invoices are sent.
Support AWC fiscal operations.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
Assist in Corporate Compliance / audit matters including but not limited to:
Internal/external client audit and monitoring assistance.
Audit coordination and preparation.
Other duties as assigned to support the mission of the agency.
Qualifications:
Associate degree OR equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
One to two years’ work experience in a fiscal, auditing, billing, or other related field position.
Computer competency with ability to learn agency software typing/keyboarding proficiency (40 words minute minimum).
Excellent organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Tactful communication and comfort with interacting with senior management.
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance.

Position Summary:
Come join our team and our growing Certified Investigation Department in Cumberland County, PA! Alliance for Nonprofit Resources (ANR) is currently seeking a professional and self-motivated individual looking to make a difference. Certified Investigators are responsible for completing community-based investigations for allegations of harm or abuse to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Must be currently or willing to become a Certified Investigator through the PA Office of Developmental Programs. ANR will pay for trainings. Must be able to work independently, think critically, be highly organized, willing to travel regionally, and operate within mandated timeframes.
Essential Functions of Job:
Maintain current Certified Investigation status with Office of Developmental Programs (ODP).
Maintain knowledge of the HCSIS, MyODP, EIM and E-System systems.
Available and able to respond and engage investigation process within 24 hours.
Understanding and implementing the Certified Investigative process independently.
Serve as the lead Certified Investigator for assigned area but will provide back up support to other areas as needed.
Ability to identify witnesses and conduct thorough and objective witness interviews.
Ability to compile all relevant evidence into a comprehensive Certified Investigation Report.
Ensure all forms of documentation are gathered to a complete evidence file.
Maintain the highest level of ethical behavior and professionalism while conducting certified investigations.
Ensure that technology is maintained and available for use while conducting investigations (camera on cellphone, cellphone and laptop).
Willingness to provide coverage for initial assignment of cases.
Other duties as assigned to support the mission of the agency.
Requirements:
Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Certified Investigator Training Course – Maintain the 3-year Certified Investigator requirements and pass the recertification when due.
Professional experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, their family members and other service professionals.
Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required.
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.

This person will be responsible for assisting families to access critical resources depending on their needs. Works to maintain relationships with key contacts within the community to best assist families. These contacts include Supports Coordination Organizations, various advocacy groups, governing bodies such as the Office of Developmental Programs, and various volunteer organizations. The Family Liaison works to aid any of the organizations to connect to families and vice versa and each other.

Responsibilities:
Community outreach.
Create and maintain a database of individuals and families to promote communication and relationships.
Organize and host community support groups (Self Advocacy Community Connections Group, Parent Support Group) in various mediums and platforms to fit individual/family’s needs.
Attend local forums, transition councils, education fairs, and participate in committees as needed.
Lead the Administrative Entity and ODP initiatives to support ID/A initiatives.
Lead our structured Communities of Practice Regional Collaborative by engaging and facilitating our stakeholders in meetings to identify and achieve common vision and goals.
Coordinate with SCO’s, agencies, schools, and providers to assist individuals and their families.
Provide resources and learning to assist all stakeholders in utilizing the LifeCourse Tools with their families as part of the ongoing Individual Support Plan (ISP) Process in an effort to support ODP’s Everyday Lives initiative.
Other duties as assigned to support the mission of the agency.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in human services or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
One year’s experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities.
Computer competency with ability to learn agency and DPW software.
Be well organized, have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This Driver will also help deliver meals to homebound clients while monitoring and reporting any noticeable changes in clients’ physical, emotional, or mental status. Recordkeeping of meal pick-up and delivery times, mileage and other relevant information is required.
